Founded in 1957, we offer you over 61 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, production, and local installation of all commercial and residential ironwork needs. Today PMF II (ChapterII) Ironworks employs highly skilled craftsmen, artisans, estimators, salesmen and installers in its 6,000 square foot facility including its 300 square foot showroom.

With our highly experienced staff and our large production facility we are capable of satisfying your every iron need.
History
PMF II (Chapter II) is a family owned and family operated ornamental iron manufacturer since 1957. Founder Joaquim De Sa Cardoso (my grandfather) began the company as a small iron repair shop in a small building attached to his home in Aveiro, Portugal. After several expansions and local building acquisitions, PMF II (Chapter II) purchased a new facility just around the corner from its original location to consolidate its operations and better serve its customers. It wasn’t until 1993 when my father “Santos” migrated to the USA working for waste company as a welder repairing garbage trucks & Containers for 2 years and in 1995 he started a small Iron works business in Jamaica, Queens.
